I'll chip in with whenever I've grown auto white widows they have taken 14 weeks and even longer to go from seed to weed
Have a butchers at breeders like fastbuds if you would like a quicker turn around of 8-10 weeks, that's in soil though
    Crack on chap and enjoy

Anybody else spot that the advertisement is 'phizon' but the actual light is 'phlizon' either way mate your going to eat a lot more light than that, unless your going to run one plant under it, I've got viperspectra blurple (260w draw) and already my plants under ye vividled panel (150w draw) are far happier, save up some more pennies and bug vivid

Now that's interesting to hear, I remember those vipers used to be pretty good lights. The vivid have me real curious, just not curious enough to buy more lights.

The timer control and separate veg and bloom modes plus they can be adjusted from 1-100 each makes it very simple to use, I think I did very well under her too, they just lack that extra power in bloom, honestly I turn the HLG down and it's practically dark in the groom now with just the viper, honestly can't wait to order from vivid again

Too be fair I'll need to get bits in dribs n drabs for full long term set up.
So far all I've got is the RQS seedling starter kit with x3 white widow and a northern lights seed.

I'd like to only drop £150 a month into the pot for getting things as they should be
So currently holding off germinating as need to wait till end of month to get paid again.

Definitely gonna wait and get the vividled.
So prob next month I'll have my main light ordered, I'll also order my DWC pot at same time. I might then think of starting a couple of plants off in a cupboard whilst waiting for a tent.

Now as I read more n more I've started to wonder.....
I have an abundance of florescent tubes from my reptile keeping days, would they be over benifit at all? Or would it be such a little difference you wouldnt bother?

Still waiting on ph and ec meter I k how I'm in a hard water area so will need to address that also but I have no idea whatever asto what companies nutrients are the easiest for a beginers 1st ever grow .

Fluorescent tubes work good for seedlings and old t8 will handle about 10 days of growth and t5s can go 3-4 weeks vegging.

Oooo now theres food for thought. The tubes will all be within there life span so might be the way to start quicker and then drop the vived led into there once I get it at end of month.
Not even germinated a seed yet but I think I'm hooked already lol
The 20gal oxy pot comes with 250ml rootboi additive has anyone used this?
Give it another week or so and you guys will be fed up with all my questions so I'll try not to ask too many too quick lol

Thankyou for all the advice so far guys!
