    Default Pest identification help please

Just picking off a few lower leaves and noticed these fuckers... what are they and how to get rid? Got neem oil on a shelf if ots of use.
Plants have around a month left. Currently seem happy.

Possibly. Just had a good look at both plants and other than the leaf i found em on, theres none in sight. I'll spray em with something just in case. Just not sure what I'll use yet.

Kinda looks more like the mite killing mites I've just read about on a few stickies. Hoping Gardro pops in as i think he authored it
