Here is an auto that is 6 days old from sprouting, is this good growth? Sign of a healthy plant? I guess I must be doing something right this time!

Your pot is smaller than I would choose... but, bar that, things look fine

I always let autos root up for 10 days in small pots before transplanting, otherwise they spend to much energy on rooting in big pots, which stunts the growth above the surface. Never fails me

If its green and stood up straight then yeah ya good

So much variation between strains and even amongst the same strain, then add in the variables of pot size, water amount, light schedule etc etc etc ... its impossible to give a solid "Yes that 6 day old plant meets the exact standard required of a 6 day old plant regards growth"

I've had plants half that size at 3 weeks grow into monsters and plants 3 times the size of that at the same stage yield less than an ounce.

I promise by the end of the grow, one way or another, you will not remember/care what size it was after 6 days.

Worry less enjoy more She will get as big as she feels like and no more no less

Pretty handy little known trait of cannabis in the wild...

When it sheds its seeds they all land in 1L pots at the base of the plant then crawl out after 10 days so their roots don't grow too big in the ground

Transplanting is fine, the smaller pots make early control easier but don't be naive in thinking those roots won't grow more after recovering from the transplant, You aren't saving energy as such you are just delaying the inevitable root growth
