Default Kowka eating my indoor plants

I grow a lot of plants, but it seems the cats like my indoor Mary J plants better than all the rest. They are obsess with for to chew or eat. Anyone else? More than "catnip". It does not hurt them. One more reason I like growing outside

    I didn't know that.

The critters have plenty of plants to chose from, but they go right for the cannabis every chance they get. The raccoon won't bother them, she likes fruit but the cats are obsessed. And it's not like they are easy to replacing. I can't go to the hardware store and tell them "give me the half dozen purple kush auto flower". I can get tomotao seedling or basil or whatever, even orchids sometimes.

I imagine with the heighten senses and cannabis not really a plant that's they probably not come across to often that the curiosity get the better of them I no my dog and when had a cat loved it she will eat the dead leaf and loves chewing the stems tbh it's a great way to get rid of the evidence I have caught her trying to chew the plants and when I made butter she was right keen on licking fingers after it lol curiosity killed the cat as they say lol

I found it many amusing how they go past 13 different types of plants and keep going back for the Cannabis. They sometimes like the leaves from tomato plants, which is allegedly toxic to cats but never any bad reactions
