Is it too late to give some calmag to help do you think? I was gonna flush in the next couple of days as trichomes are looking pretty cloudy.
It's not too late, you've got at least two more weeks on those flowers, as soon as you start adding in the calcium and magnesium they'll probably really begin to fatten up.

Would you leave the damaged leaves on or remove them?
As long as they have some green and are not blocking the flowers I'd leave them. They can still give up some nutrients.
