Default Splotchy discoloration to few leaves

Hi all, I am new to growing and while I've been studying everything I can thru articles and videos it's still not the same as an actual convo between people. Once all my equipment comes in and I build it I will be growing indoors in a closet, for now the plant in question is being grown outdoors. Strain is unknown, but based off growth (6 weeks) it is a photo period plant i believe and I was able to sex it and it is indeed female. First let me apologize to those reading this for my choice in brand nutes, never saw anything about this until I joined this site and didnt know any better but I bought GH products which many here seem not to like, not because it's bad but because it was bought out by Monsanto, so once I've used these bottles I'll be switching brands don't worry lol. My question is my leaves, probably just an over worried parent but 1 large and 2 small fan leaves showed splotchy Mark's to them last night when I went to give her a watering and some LST. I pruned them off but if it's something serious I wanna catch it before it's too late. I LST the main stalk last weekend topped it as well. I may have waited a lil too long for that possibly seeing as the outer skin of the stalk at the bend split slightly but as you'll see from attached pic that she healed and recovered nicely from my mistake. I didnt get crazy with pruning, just took off those 3 fan leaves for now, the rest of the large fan leaves I just tucked out of the way after LST, didnt want to take off too much. Hopefully I'm LST'ing correctly. Any help given would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!????

How often are you watering it and how much?

gh nutes work well. Be careful with the micro tho.

On average I've been watering twice a week dependent on weather. It rained Sunday thru Tuesday so didnt need to water till Saturday (last night) this week. Been afraid to burn it so one water is plain and the next has nutes and then repeat. Can the micro be too strong or something?
