    Default Hermie plants

It turns out I was stressing my plant by taking her out her tent every day. She now has grown a pair

As she has got nice buds I’m gonna continue with it until harvest time. Will she affect my other plants which it shares a tent with and which are in veg? If I put those into flower will they be affected while my hermie approaches harvest?

I read that these hermies can still be really good and potent? Is this true or bollocks?

I’m disapointed, I will learn from these mistakes in future but been a bit of a kick in the balls.

Relax bro, no hermie. It's common to get one little calyx at each node, if you look close you can see a pistil growing out. It's already died back if you had a whole bud full of those it would be ready to harvest.

Aww cool! Cheers for the info. I was a bit worried as this plant has been getting some regular light nearly Interruptions nearly every day, I take her out the tent and place her in a cuboard for 12 hours a day and had been putting he cuboard light on when trimming and admiring her. The flowering buds look and smell so good though

My plants are always going in and out the temperature extremes are amazing, it does kind of cause some looser buds especially when it gets real hot, but never caused a hermie.

What kinda thing do you reckon would cause a hermie?
I figure that these plants are able to deal with a lot of stuff. There is so much info out there from experts and obviously when you are experienced you wanna do whatever is best but as long as a plant gets the basic nutrition, water and light cycles it is gonna work out? I make so many mistakes so I am hoping that I can still end up with some decent weed, next time I will do things a bit better

Mostly I think it's genetics. I have on occasion taken a plant well beyond it's normall harvest time and had it throw a banana in the bud. They do that as a last-ditch effort at survival. Most growers end up harvesting before they ever see those. I've taken a stable female lineage that I've run for a long time and run it out to the end and then thrown it into three or four days of darkness and had it hermie. Basically I think you have to try pretty hard to create one or it's just bad genetics.
