    Default Rate My Plants

    Hey gardeners,

These are my Amnesia Haze in 3rd week of flowering. As this is my first soil grow and first since joining the forum, I thought I would see what you think of them relative to the stage they are at. They are between 80 and 10pcm tall. Personally, I think they are a bit lanky but I know amnesia are a bit like that and it's not a strain I have much experience of growing. I am hoping those long stems will fill up nicely with calyxes!

    What do you reckon?

    Thanks,
    DT

They look nice despite the N toxicity
I would flush and drop N levels, if its possible in soil

    Hey Dick!

Yee... they’re a bit lanky! Could have done with some training earlier on in the grow.

    6/10

Thanks Rasta, I've tried training once or twice before but usually leave them natural. Are there any techniques you recommend?

Simplest technique of em all to improve yield is just a little low stress traing(LST)
Anchor the stem. Pull main stem opposite way. Low as you can. Nice n gentle. Tie it to edge of pot. Let all the wee off shoots catch up. Let it grow a bit. Do another round. Get loads of tops all at an even height. Keep the canopy even.
Thats all a try do. A never master it right enough....but apparently it works

Very dark green leaves head to toe
clawing \ droopy \ soggy big fan leaves

this is rather a slow salt buildup, giving just a little bit of too much Nitrogen during flower, instead of dropping it.
I believe this condition seems "okay" by many growers, but if one is looking for perfection, he \ she has to note these little things. your fan leaves don't seem 100%.

Fan leaves should feel very solid to touch, kinda hardy, they should perk up or at least be completely flat.

if you touched yours, i believe they would feel a bit soft, maybe even on the moist and fragile side, they may appear shiny and weak. this is all slight N toxication.

If you grew in Coco, i'd recommend on a big flush. but i dont know what to do in soil... lots of good soil growers here i guess will be able to tell if you can flush or not....

Cheers Shreder, they were due for water tonight so I just gave them water through to drain. They're in about 30% coco so maybe ok. My experience is in hydro so I might go for just coco next grow tbh. Got a mother plant in the loft just in coco looks amazing!
