    Default Bug identification needed plz!

Does anyone have any idea what kind of bug this is on my plant? I found 2 of them last night. It's the best pic I could get because they are shy lil buggers every time I'd focus in on them they'd crawl around to the back side of the branch out of sight, I'd position to that side and they move back to the other. Haven't seen any of these in the threads I've searched. It's back is covered in a spikey cotton ball looking fluff. I've tried google and I get images of wooly aphids, mealybugs, and mandevilla bugs which all look close but not quite the same. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time!Click image for larger version.

If you hadn't told me it's a bug I wouldn't know what it was. It almost looks like some kind of funky fury caterpillar or worm. Aphids look more like a fat little cow usually they are being herded by ants.

I only saw 2 of them and gave them both a good flick off my plant. When I check her later this evening I'm going to bring a jar with me an try an catch one if there's more on my plant so as to get a better picture.
