Although your extraction is higher rated than intake . I fear that the filter and a meter of duct is almost making extraction and intake balanced .
Are the walls of ya tent pulling inwards under negative pressure?

Grab me a picture of the condensation and let me see

Yeah there is only a small bit joining the filter to the fan. I moved stuff about last night but I’m at work now. I’ll get home and see what it’s like then. I can’t seem to run the hps on 400 temps just go so High compared to last grow and outside temps are no different. Plants are going great. Taken over the whole tent. They are all bigger than I have managed so far. With the intake now blowing around the canopy height might help. Will post more info when I get home.

Swap that duct for a insulated one .
The condensation is appearing simply because that duct has cold air inside it compared to the room it's sat in .
You'll probably find that the condensation will sit inside the duct especially in the lowest point and will need draining

I fitted a drain in my duct and ran it to my guttering but I'm in the loft .

You really need a six inch extraction fan if you ever decide to upgrade that should be ya next purchase.
Or you could buy a four to six inch adapter and a six inch carbon. This will help the fan run more freely and improve it pull with no restrictions.

You got any questions or want help just fire them towards myself

I have my intake fan on the floor of the tent, carbon filter and exhaust fan hung from the ceiling. I also (usually) have a clip on fan on each of the vertical tent poles so it pushes the clean air round the tent before it gets sucked out the top. I’ve also got that crappy plastic ducting on my in-fan, atm. It does drip a bit in the winter but it’s never caused me a problem.

    Works for me.
