You could do a new res right now and then monitor your pH, EC, and water level. Then after a few recordings of those levels check it against the chart in the link I put up above and make adjustments accordingly.

    Hi Jingo,
I did a res change last night, mixed quarter amount of Calmag in tap water, added nutes as directed on the bottle GH Flora, got to a EC of 0.5. Added half nutes in ratio again to raise it to an EC of 0.9. PH'd it to 5.85 and filled the Res back up.
This morning plants do not look any better, however, according to the post referred to at the top, this morning there was a slightly lower res, EC was stable at 0.95, and PH was slightly higher at 6.0, this is then normal...
How long will it take for my girls to start showing signs of recovery?
Many thanks for the help so far...

The funky leaves will never look any better, but the plant itself should look great in the next 2-3 days.

Just checked them now when I got in from work.
EC still 0.95, PH 6.0 and water level slightly lower I think.
Tiny white tips on the leaves of the new growth...
    Does this mean nute burn?
Might still be from before? Will monitor over the next 48h...

Thanx guys for the help. Thanx Jingo for the link to the grow chart.
    Changed res and lowered PH.
All my girls are looking super fine again.
Working via the charts now for any issues.
    Much appreciated

Here's a copy of the chart I redid in Excel so that it's a bit easier to read.
Not my chart, just transposed into Excel.
Much simpler than reading everything each time...
Thanx guys for the info, my girls are SO healthy!
