Default Seedlings Drooping Badly - Can they be saved?

Two of my seedlings are drooping badly caused by over-watering I'm sure. Is there anything I can do to salvage them? I was trying to post a pic but cant seem to attach it.

It doesn't look terrible, it does need more light. That soil might be a little bit rich or, you're not feeding it yet are you? It shouldn't need any feed at this time and probably it's been getting a little bit too much water.

Okay, now that I've seen the second picture it doesn't look great. How often are you watering?

I've watered them twice in two weeks but have been lightly spraying the top of the soil ever day since I moved them into my tent. Tent set up is 600W HPS at 35 inches. The light meter reading is showing 1500 lux and temperature is around 20C and humidity around 50%.

Also, not feeding anything at the moment, just water.

And give them water, feel the weight of the pot and then water every time they get about 60% lighter than the wet pot.

If you don't give enough water the roots will die back in between watering and you won't get a big plant, if you give them too much water the plant will drown out and you'll get root rot and you'll get a little tiny plant. It's kind of a fine line.
