It may be a little tough to tell with that one, there is some fox tailing going on that looks kind of strain dependent. Those can sometimes just continue on and on and forever look young at the tip.
I typically like to look at the very base of a pistil and Watch for the calyx to swell up as the pistil dies back and turns brown, that is also the spot where you want to put your microscope. It doesn't do any good to look at the leaves you have to get down to the calyx and sometimes on some indica's the sugar leaves.
