Default 1st time on a Forum and First time at growing

Hello Everybody, new to all this. Since Massachusetts Legalized pot I figured I would try my hand at growing a little.
I Purchased Bruce Banner Strain and they have been pampered for 4 weeks now in a grow room I constructed in my basement.
I was planning on growing them outside in my garden but because of Covid the seeds arrived 2 months late so I had to Improvise.
My question about this strain is that after 4 weeks She doesn't look like any of the pictures I found on the net at 4 weeks.
She is a very dark green and full of vegetation. But, she is really short, say 6" tall but very bushy about the size of a dinner plate . ( spread out ).
I was going to start LST on her but since shes so short the fan leave are touching the soil.
Is this normal? Lighting is 24hrs - LED , 3 fans & intake Hepa air filtration and charcoal exhaust.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated

Hey Mike, welcome. They don't sound normal to me, once you're able to post up some pictures that would be the best way to get a good diagnosis. If you are growing autoflowers they do not like being dark green and that will stunt them. If you're growing photos, it may be that your light is too low.

Why don't you tell us a little bit more about your setup, especially what type of light you have and the distance from your plants. How often you water or feed, etc

Thanks for the response, I have a 1500 Watt Bloomspect full spectrum LED grow light. The light is approximately 24" from the plants.
I water them when the top 1" of soil is a little dry. 1 every 2 days I would say. Ill send you some pictures soon

Welcome bud,you could try raise the light another 6" and maybe try 20/4 and see if that helps.
They are definitely way too short.
