Smell leaks out of tent, need help urgently
I just walked in to my room where i keep my tent and was hit with a strong smell of chlorophyll. I share my apartment with one other person and i would like to keep my a secret.
I have a 250m3/h carbon filter paired to a 160m3/h fan venting outside. I have ordered a O.N.A gel block but i'm afraid it wont cover the smell in high flower

Tent size is 40x40x120 cm, if that smell is leaking out the exhaust i'll have to throw my plants out in fear of neighbours cathcing a whiff of the flower

It is called HY-Filters 250m3/h, i got it along with the tent one month ago but i only hooked it up this week when i flipped to 12/12
Carbon filter on iself is around £45
Connected with hose clamps and ventilation tubing.
the ones that look like slinkys once you strech them out

I think hes asking how your extracting mate and which way you have it set up, the filter should be inside the tent, the fan preferably outside so it should be filter>ducting>fan>ducting to where ever your sending the warm air.
As you havent mentioned intake i assume its passive? Does the tent have negative pressure?

Ah, i see. Yes the filter is inside the tent, fan is outside the tent and then i have venting from the fan outlet going out a window.
It has negative pressure and no intake fan but i have a small circulation fan inside the tent

If you have negative pressure then it must be your filter or the connection from ducting to filter

If you have negative pressure you shouldn't have any smell problems, which means it's one or two of very few problems.
1. The filter isn't doing its job
2. You have an air leak in the ducting between the filter and fan
3. Its actually the carbon filter you can smell (mine gives off a weird smell like metallic kinda smell although it could be my ducting I've never really been bothered by it and its not major)
4. You may be paranoid.
I cant think of any other reasons it would smell in there.
