Yeah I'd say she looks ready for a feed, slow and steady in soil takes a few days to show

Half dose? That's what I've heard...

At this age will she be getting some of all 3 nutes?

I'd be tempted to quarter strength, then plain water see how she goes then up it from there

Never used your nute range, but I'd just go with the grow for now

Hey is that a photo? If so just repot the thing with as much soil as you want to get it through. I've used Fox farm, the whole line is very rich in my opinion. So you will definitely want to throw the schedule away, keep the same ratios, reduce by half if you plan to feed every 3rd watering, go down to a quarter if you want to try and feed every other.

With Fox farm nutrients at least one flush is mandatory in my opinion, what I might do is get it two weeks into flower give it a good flush and then switch over to your bloom nutrients.

    Yes, from this morn.

I don't want to replant --- I've seen root bound vids now and I'm thinking I may not have given her enough considering her potential size.

At some point you're going to have to do regular feedings and you're going to have to be able to know what feed they need. So that will introduce some variables that you're just not going to know about till you get there.
