Not long ago I ordered a fan and filter, said the order had been dispatched whole but when it came it was just 2 filters. Anyway I emailed etc to see what the deal was, then the next day the fan turned up, just sent it as 2 deliveries but marked all as dispatched. So don't worry too much but get in touch if it's not all there. I usually try osgs first, ordered quite a bit from there

Nah mate, it was marked as dispatched then delivered. Emailed them but never heard anything back then it arrived a week later... to be fair tho it was smack bang in the middle of lockdown so cant really moan too much
