    Default how close to put lamp to new seedling

    hi!

    ive just got underway on my first grow, germinated well and now its in the light box. my first seed leaves are beginning to show, and i was wondering how close i should put my lamp to avoid damage, whilst also providing enough?

    im using a viparspectra 450 (led)

    Start at 30 in and then lower every couple of days until you get the desired amount of stretch. You'll want to run that light 18 to 24 inches most of the time and then about 18 in flower.
