Default Yellowing lower leaves spreading? DAY 40 early flowering.

Can anyone can help with what may be causing the lower leaves to yellow, its happened pretty fast, over the last 2-3 days.
Has to be a nutrient based?
the plants went about 5 hours longer than usual without watering a few days ago.

the plants are on day 40.

ive been very reserved with nutrients using only around half the recomended doses.
    im using Bio bizz: GROW,BLOOM,TOPMAX

In trying to combat the spread of the yellowing ive so far:
Yesterday i made up a foliar spray of epsom sallts and sprayed the leaves.
Ive upped the nutrient mix by an extra 0.5ml on each.

    Any help mucho appreciated.

They look hungry bud, the yellowing at the bottom usually means they are craving nitrogen, so they pull it from older lower growth to support new growth at the top. I would up your feeds a touch. Particularly your grow nutes, if they are going into flower they will be stretching so that's probably why they need more nitrogen to support the fast growth.
