Default 1st indoor grow, lost on led light distance

closet! Pics of the process I'll post in the appropriate forum, but my question is about my light. My grow closet is 2'x2'x8', it's a 1200w led with an ACTUAL draw of 225w. May change up light in future but starting out Plus budget and size of room (led) me to this light. I'm just totally lost on par/umol/lux, basically idk what distance I should be setting the light for seedling/veg/flower. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Attached is a photo of the closet and the par sheet? for the light. Thanks in advance!

First week from hatch hang light at 36 inch drop to about 24 in second week. Once you get to a plant size of 6 inch ish drop to 18 inch and from week 5 go for 12 inch or less. If your light is type with switchable power go for full power from week 3/4 depending how big your plants are.
If you get bleaching or canoeing of leaves just raise the light a bit.
    Are you hydro or soil?

I cant adjust power per say, I have 2 switches on it, one for veg one for bloom or both at the same time are power options, but yes I can raise and lower the light for adjustments. I'll be growing in soil 75/25 FFOF/perlite with fabric pots.

Use both veg and bloom from week 3.
Auto's grow pretty nice nowadays and you've picked two nice strains.
    Good luck with it

Thanks, yeah I went with autos, and those 2 strains in particular because from everything I've read they are both very good strains for beginners to learn with. Hardy, more forgiving with mistakes and resistant to bud rot and other diseases, even some pests so figured it was a good place to start. Plus they have a rather quick seed to harvest time lol
