Just a buyer beware on all leds boards like this, they have no ingress or mechanical protection so they all have susceptibility to failure if mishandled.

These lights cannot get type approval because of this hence are sold as kits at only the buyer's risk.

Just had chance to take a closer look at the board the green bits are corrosive, but for some reason it's only happened on the one board even tho there is 2 on the heatsink the other is completely fine...

The only 3 diodes that have failed are the ones with this green stuff round them, there are a few random green dots but not near any diodes

I'd say the copper connection right next to the diode has corroded and oxidation has occurred.
If copper oxide has taken place to the point of no copper being left it becomes nonconductive and therefore no electricity will pass through.
Normally copper oxide is black but with a aluminium back plate green oxide is common.
Only saying this because of the green markings

The "bad" diodes are still fully conducting in this example

It's an old thread I know
But I've been using the exact same board from Yuanhui for the past 2 years so maybe it's worth mentioning.

Only problems I've had are dimmers faulties.

LUX output of those LEDs are quite high comparing to other non-HLG boards. Usually 1.4 or 1.5 multiplication.
I get a 1.6 multiplication converting to PAR on an apogee meter so 500 LUX = 800 PAR or PPFD on this Yuanhui board.
