    Default This Years Bud Scent

This year my buds will smell like SMOKE. I'm am surrounded (Napa CA.), in a 60 mile radius, by large wildfires. Not in any danger, but the smoke is terrible and has been for a week, and probably will be for another week. So far most of the fires have little or no containment. Last evening the sun was blood red for two hours before it set.

Yeah I'm in kind of the same boat I got up the other morning and there were ashes on my outdoor plants.

Painfully, "the Borg" like nothing better than hot/dry conditions!

Yep, I've had light ash falls for the last 4 days. The smoke from the Russian River fire got here yesterday, the smoke from the Santa Cruz fire is also visible. The Hennessy Fire (Napa) was northeast of me, but has made a twenty mile run, then jumped a ten lane freeway and is now south of me!
