    Default Small oscillating fan suggestions

    Hiya

For the second time now a cheap oscillating fan i bought has stopped working after about 2 weeks. Can anyone recommend a decent one that won't break down. Needs to be small as i only have a 60 x 60 x 120cm tent with 2 autoflowers at 12 days.

I use growth technology 6" fan in same size tent, usually get 2 grows out of them, only a tenner each so not to bad but not oscillating though

I use a PC case fan with cable ties tying it to a tent pole, does not oscillate but reliable as a tank. May be use a few of them if your tent is big? They are powered with an old "wall wart" transformer.

Incidentally my tent has a 40x40 cm footprint.

My closet isn't much larger than your space and I might be needing internal airflow further into the grow. What I'm planning on, and this is as yet untested, is to have either a 4" or 6" kitchen extractor fan in the middle, just above the top of the pots. Those fans draw air in through their built in vent and blow it out as a column. Wrong way round for our needs. I'll duct tape a diffuser to the output and that should give me omnidirectional airflow.
