    Default Brownies

    Hi Folks, Im new to the forum, Im not knowledgeable at all on this topic and Im looking for a bit of feedback. For years I have been making and enjoying hash (the brown stuff) brownies. Recently in my area anyway it is very difficult to get hold of hash, I can now only get grass (green stuff). Im not sure if I even have the terminology right, hence the colour detail. Anyway I researched how to make brownies from grass, saw the decarboxylate process was the best way togo. The results were very disappointing. I found the grass brownies were only a fraction of the same effect as I always got from the hash brownies. I remembered that many years ago I had made a grass batch of brownies also, without the decarboxylate part, and the results were similarly disappointing. Is there another/proper way of making grass brownies to make them just as effective as hash brownies or will they always fall short ? Many thanks

    On an oz of weed, you decarb it first. Spread it out on parchment paper in A pan, then bake it in over at 240 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Then Get you a 150 micron stainless steal screen, and shift the decarb keif onto table top, or glass top. You should get around 5 to 6 grams of keif. Then you can put 10mg to 15 mg per serving in your browines. I just cap 10mg and 15mg up in A cap and take them that way without putting them in food. I think you will enjoy your stone this way. good luck and happy decarbing.

    Welcome to the forum brother, 1 oz of weed decarbed is all say nice and dry in a jar then put in the freezer. Have some frozen food grade alcohol and fill the jar with that alcohol and shake it up for 3 minutes screen it out and pour it through some coffee filters.
    Filter that remaining alcohol a couple times reduce it down to around four to five grams of RSO per ounce of weed. At the very end while it's still a little bit of liquid drop in a pound of butter that gives you at least one gram of RSO per stick of butter. or alternately you can kind of figure out how much oil you want to infuse with the RSO.

    After I have the weed decarbed, do I place the decarbed weed in with butter/chocolate in bowl, bring to boil then add to cake mix etc or do I add melted butter to cake mix and then add in decarbed weed? Many thanks

    You want to infuse the butter with the decarbed cannabinoids, so the butter and the weed go in together. It's been awhile since I've done it that way I remember I used to add a water but I can't remember why? Then you have to take and filter out as much of the weed as you can using cheese cloth or something similar, then you put it in a freezer and all the butter solidifies and any water that's left in there you can just drain off.

    That is the old way, and the hard way. Just decarb your weed, take out the Keif, and melt butter and add keif and stir up, and freeze. Then take out what ever butter you want to make cookies and stuff. The easy way is just to cap up your decarb keif and swallow it. 10mg, and up to 15mg.

    There are plenty of video's over on Google, Step by step on how to make Butter for Cooking. Google your self over there and watch some of them, if you want to do it that way. Good luck and happy growing.
