Can I pm you the link so you can look into this ?

As this could make a lot of growers think twice before starting a loft grow (or make sure they use a tent)

There out tomorrow to do the energy performance assessment between 11:30 and 12:30 should 15 minutes

So I spent the day clearing the loft, didn't realize how much stuff was up there.

found an old 8" carbon filter, so I broke it up and put it in black bags, the aluminium mesh top and bottom, once flatten takes up no room in a black bag and the carbon fits in a small shopping bag(took about 20 minutes to drill out 8 rivets and pull it apart). took some pic's if anybody wants to know how to take one apart.

I scanned through that PDF sounds like perfect government bureaucracy. It also sounds like they just want to dot the Is and cross the Ts and get out.

Panic over? if you've got all the good stuff out of the way,

    Hi all,
Everything seem to go ok but seemed a little strange.

Told him about the roten window in the loft and a few damp walls (paints falling off but it's not bad)
(He said ) I don't do any of the work, so tell the agency so they can come out and do the work.

he took pictures of the house, back front and every room.
used a laser device to check the size of every room in the house

    Checked most walls for damp

He had a quick check in the loft

He said thats all, will send the report to the agency's

I bet that's a relief, I don't like the idea of anybody coming in my house without my inviting them because I want to see them.

Yeah I was shiting it when he said he needs to check the back garden, he was leaning on the shed
He needed to get pictures of the back of the house.

I was lucky my wife told me a year back, if I can hear any noise from the shed, you will have to stop growing.
so I built a green house near the shed and added a 4" extraction fan, that every body could see and hear.

block all other fan noise out

The other advantage was my wife got rid of loads of crap in the loft

Wire your extract to a wifi controller and be there with you phone.
