Default First time grower needs help; Is my plant ready for harvest?

    Hello all!

First; reading on this forum has been super helpful in my first ever cannabis grow, so thank you to all who share great information in here!

I read so many different opinions on how to know when a plant is ready for harvest, so I was hoping someone could maybe take a look at my plant and give me a pointer on when I should harvest? So this grow is veery amateur. It's been standing in a friends bathroom, we only have a couple of cheap LED lights, so don't judge me too hard on how the plant turned out. Also, my friend forgot to water/feed it while I've been on holidays, so a lot of the leaves turned red/brown because of what i guess is phosphorus deficiency. Anyways, it is what it is. We at least got some buds out of it, and for our next grow we will definitely buy better lights and perhaps a tent (His apartment reeks atm..).

I also have another question; At the bottom part of the plant there is a lot of tiny buds (Is this what is called popcorn?), and I was wondering what to do with these? Will they turn into bigger buds if we give it time? I've seen some people write that you can harvest the main colas and then wait for the popcorns to grow bigger. Is this true? This is an Californian Snow Autoflower. I attached a picture of the lower part of the plant for you to see these. (I know the plant is very long and leggy due to our bad setup..)Click image for larger version.

That's a fast reply! wow! Thanks a lot I know the lights are waay too little. The was put in soil the 29th of may. It's a Autoflower. Californian snow to be precise. I got an extra (cheap and weak) grow light for it today. I am aware it still won't be enough, but that's our budget for now (Musicians out of work due to corona..). Do you think we'll have any chance of this getting us high at all with our current setup? And by underdeveloped, do you mean that we have to wait longer, or just that it it's long and leggy? I'll add a picture of the whole plant taken 6 days ago in case it helps. Click image for larger version.

Take a good look intside the bud beside those brown leafs... Make sure there's no mold inside... I had this problem not long ago and had to dump good bit of bud. Gl
