Default Rapidly developing problem with spots on leaves

    Hello,

My relatively small plant has started to develop major spots on the larger/lower leaves over the last few days. The problem has developed really fast, any ideas what could be going on?

I have checked very carefully for bugs etc, but can not find anything suspicious.

4th picture leads me to believe its a PH swing causing your issues. I have had this before in coco when my PH was off

It is a cutting from another plant. It has been growing (well) in soil since I took the cutting approx 2 months ago. No artificial lighting, it simply sits on a west facing window sill, so it gets around 14 hours of daylight at the moment. I have not made any recent adjustments. It sits next to another plant that has same growth conditions, but no symptoms. I use tap water, PH out of the tap is very marginally above of 7.

This one leaf really looks like a fungus to me I couldn't tell you which one.
