Default Will a medical change from Red no 2 (Sativia) to Aurore (Indica) help?

We have a hard year and the reason for worries and unwanted thoughts, so recently I smoke very rarely, and when I smoke this medical red no 2 it is on one tablet of Xanax. As a result, smoking is nice and thanks to this benzodiazepine there are no intrusive thoughts.
However, in the days that follow there are more intrusive thoughts than usual.
Will switching to Indica, Aurore or another medication help?
With Sativa there is a lot of thoughts, fact, but we are talking about the next days, not while smoking, when I don't feel these bad thoughts thanks to Xanax

If you're having issues with intrusive thoughts maybe you should try a high CBD strain?

I feel the pain bro, it had taken me about 2 years to find the right strain to deal with this.

I am diagnosed with eupd and severe OCD, so you can imagine the intrusive thoughts are intense at times.

Like jingo said, a high CBD strain sorts all that out, I found the Jack herrer and northern lights high cbd to be the best for this. You'll want to find when the intrusive thoughts begin, so for me its usually at night before bed, so I have a high CBD strain of kush to knock me out and the next morning in fresh as a daisy.

Day time I stick to the hazes and this helps balance everything out for me. It's a bitch but once you find the strain you'll be well on your way mate

I smoke with CBD in a ratio of 1: 5, sometimes 1: 7, and sometimes I also take CBD drops for it

Unfortunately, I have OCD disorders in some sense

Intrusive thoughts and cannabis are not the best mix.

I love my bud but have a few mates suffer with cannabis psychosis. It also brought on severe schizophrenia in my mates sister.

856 voices coming through the tv. It was the way she was specific about the number that fucked my head up.
