    Default New grower in OZ

    Hi there:

I am a new indoors grower. So far I have been able to grow two little plants in a 4x4 tent and they look somehow ok for a new grower. I had zero expectations for my first try but I am happy to at least have come this far.
I love cannabis and of course I am a personal grower, hence I chose this forum over others.

I have enjoyed the journey and have put a lot of work on having a nice set up. We all love growing, but I love as well building things, writing software and play with some electronics. I'd say I enjoy growing around 30% for the plants and 70% for the project itself which involves all the disciplines aforementioned.

What is my goal? I want to build a very sophisticated tent for the sake of applying my skills outside a work environment and because I feel amazed of how nature can turn a 2mm seed into a flower that I can use for my pleasure.

Another main reason to start growing is to cut the middleman. I really want to know where do my cannabis come from and control the process without cutting corners or use dangerous chemicals. I am really opened to questions about programming, Arduinos, Raspberri PI, Sensors or any other automation topics.

Thanks for the welcome and I hope I can be helpful and get good advise here.

These are my two first plants ever:

Welcome brother, I think a lot of us grow for the same reasons that you've come here. I have a few old raspberry pi's laying around from my crypto mining days. I've been thinking of doing something with them lately.
