Newbie Indica Harvest Time ?

Hello Everyone,

I'm a definite novice looking for some advice. I'm in the North East (Zone 7) and have an Indica plant that I think is at the end of the flowering stage. I've been reading about using the Trichomes to determine when to harvest, but my untrained eye is struggling. I took a pretty good picture and I was wondering if someone can provide their thoughts about whether it's time - or if I should continue.

I'm not sure whether you would have the ability to zoom into the photo - I just noticed the file size was reduced. When I zoom in I see the bud covered with crystals and the pistels are about 1/2 orange. The Trichromes look like tiny icicles

You need a jewellers loupe dude.

Jewellers loupe are cheap off ebay, but you can get ones that clip onto your phone so you can zoom in further ect. But if the hairs are half orange it's about ready i'd imagine . How many weeks has she beeb flowering? How long does it say it takes? Add an extra week onto that tine and it should be about right.
