So now I'm down to 1ec and the pH is still dripping and the EC is still on the rise I have feed them nothing but water for a week to get the EC down they don't seem to be drinking much maybe 1-1.5l of water a day

Keep on lowering your EC, your plant wants less feed and more water.

This is interesting, don't know if it would apply.
Note 1.
When pumping air into a nutrient solution in order to add Dissolved Oxygen, not only oxygen is present, CO2 is also pumped in. If you live near a busy road, this may be higher than normal, so you may get a dropping ph quite often. I have noticed most of the growers who suffer from a falling ph in DWC tend to live in large cities. This may not be a link but it could be.
When CO2 is added to water, it makes it more acidic. This is the precise process which causes acid rain, pollution from power stations etc pouring CO2 into the air, this mixes with the water vapour in clouds causing acid rain.

I dont think this is my problem as I live out of the city but I do have my pump inside my room and at night I do have the plant above the ground as co2 is heavyer than oxygen

Sorry that should be that I have my pump above the ground but only about 300mm off the ground, what ec should I be aiming at for my girls they are in there 6week of flower

You using Co2?

At some point you should get a condition where your water level is falling your EC is static or slightly falling and your pH is static or slightly rising and that's your correct feed level.
