    Default Spider mites!

So looks like i have spider mites in week 8 of flower looks like im gonna be chopping them down my question is tho is it safe to smoke to bud or is it bad for you dont really want to waste it bud looks really nice and frosty just thinking tho will i taste a diference/ isit bad?
Any ways to maybe get rid of them? If i chop and hang to dry will they die off or stay on the buds? Thanks

I had a lot of bugs including spider mites on my outdoor plants this year and I washed the buds for the first time. I am really sold on washing my smoke from now on, the color improved even the smell and proved with cure.

Here's a link to the method I used

Heres how i dealt with spider mites.

Chop and hang the plant. The open wound weeps xylem juice. In the end, all the mites end up there. As you can see.

They also run to the end of the buds. Now would be A good time to get the Vaccum out and suck them off.

Thats right hotshot, Blue advised me of this. Use hoover to collect them from the stem. Gravity seems to play a central role, as well as that sticky nectar.

Wait, Hotshot! Are you suggesting he sucks them all off? There could be thousands of them and fook knows how long it takes a spider mite to blow its beans.... he could be there for weeks and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t owe them any favours.

It may also encourage the spider mite to hang around, in hope of a repeat performance

As the plant dies, the bugs run to the most green part of the plant. This is found to be the tips of the buds, they don't eat dead leaves, just the live one's. JMO

I've had my problems over the years, but haven't seen A mite in years, I guess all the neem oil has gotten rid of them. lol

I was trying to grow A xxxx once, but got up one morning, and half the darn thing was gone, and little white bugs crawling all over it. I think that is when I started having trouble with them on my plants, but hadn't heard of neem oil yet. lol
