When I touch the buds ( I know I'm not supposed to touch it but, ) when I do to check its texture
And it always make my fingers smell
And it have some strong cannabis smell...
So I thought maybe it is time...
But by the looks of it, the internet say I should do that but I'm not so sure anymore

Wait until it quits growing white hairs, and all the other hairs are already brown. My guess would be about 4 weeks. JMO

That looks like powdery mildew, you need to wipe off as much of that as possible with a damp cloth, be careful not to shake it about to potentially spread spores and such.

Wipe down leaves with a neem oil spray solution (4 teaspoons per 4Litres of water).

Some also use Hydrogen Peroxide at a rate of 1 teaspoon of 35% per 4 Litres of water.

If it were me, I'd spray the solution on a clean cloth and wipe them down rather than spray all over the plant in flower.

Also you need to sort out the issue that's causing the powdery mildew, increase air flow/ventilation and reduce humidity.

Well, she has hard time standing by its own,
So I have to tight her up
I didn't put nothing on her, just direct sun light out side in the air for almost 3 months ,
Moved it into an empty room with full of sun light
For security reasons ... give her only water
And from time to time I'm moving her to my garage to be able to host people in my home that I don't want them to see the plant...

It looks like I'm moving a corpses, cause she isnt strong enough ,
Making sure she won't brake in the moving process , making sure no neighbor see it while I move it at night ... its taking its toll...

Hope the trimming is going to be well cause it is hard to handle it

I understand, but you really need to make sure that room you're placing her in has good airflow at the least, some fans will help.

Always go by how the trichomes look. You need a powerful magnifier to see (I use a x60)
