Cheers for the help lads and good ideas, mine are always small so they fit in 2 or 3 jars lol, I’ve chopped it now and jarred them and their sitting at 61 and 62% thanks for the help, they seem a lot better than they have at this point in the past, it’s a bit crispy out and a little bit moist inside and is feeling sticky and smelling nice
