PPM in run off

Can the ppm in run off be more than double the solution ppm that u feed?
I’ve just got a cheap ppm pen yesterday and checked everything and my run off was something like 1920 and my feed was about 700(at work atm so guessing have it wrote down at home)
I’m getting a essentials set tomorrow because I don’t trust it and also going to buy canna flush today.
If you mix up your feed and the ec is too high can u lower it or do u throw it away and start again?
Also is the chart for ec range that is in the info for growing in coco at the top of the novice section for autos also

Yes it's possible, especially if you're watering without getting 15 to 20% runoff each time. Or you could be watering properly just overfeeding.

Measuring the run off for pH and ec is a hiding to nowhere. I've seen grows wrecked because the grower thought it was important and adjusted the feed to get 'better' run off measurements. Only the pH and ec of what goes in is important.

I check my run off ec in the last few weeks, but only to check it's coming down

Just add more water, that will lower if you hit to high
