    I agree with hungry but am wondering if some cal/mag would help with uptake. Usually some N in it too.

    Could also be calmag but normally at this stage thats not an issue imho. Got the pale leaves and spots on bottom growth like classic N hunger. Soil must be light mix.

    It can be watering related think too but im coco so will keep quiet now

    I'd agree this is not pest related...and in my opinion looks like you've been allowing her to dry out too much between watering and possibly not watering enough when you do which can cause issues.

    It's a slightly odd one because the leaves look leathery and thick indicating an overwater for a period of time too..

    Make sure to allow the medium to dry out but not go completely bone dry and make sure the medium is saturated completely when you do water at this stage, you don't want any dry pockets
