    Default Day 4

    Day 4

I've been feeding root stim only at half strength but intend to add some a&b at 0.5ec tonight. Does that sound about right for this stage?

I've had them on 24/0 lighting. When is best to switch to 18/6?

My tent is now ready. It's been reduced from 2.4m width to 2.2m due to lack of space in my garage. It's wired directly into a consumer unit on a 16A breaker/RCD.

I'm not sure how long to veg for but it would be good to fill as much of the space as possible so I may remove the parabolic when the time comes and use the other two reflectors instead.

There are 3 tube heaters (very cheap to run) on thermostats along with external intake and exhaust.

I'll be using 4 of those air pots that are in the photo.

    Any comments welcome!

bit late to the party but got here.

you can wait a couple more days but yeah, .5 ec is fine.

i would leave lights on 24/7 for veg. easier to maintain temps in the coming colder months.

let them grow in those smaller pots for a while. you want them to develop a nice root system before repotting.

expect the amnesia lemon to go a bit longer than the pineapples. do you have a separate drying space?

They're just starting to show roots at the bottom of the pots but yeah I'll get them going properly before repotting.

I usually use my tent for drying. I've got a drying rack that works pretty well.

Do you think that when I do repot that I should put them into their final pots or use in-between size pots first?

straight into final pots. thats why i said let them build a good root system first.

is the drying rack got its own dark well ventilated place? or do you stick it is the tent?

I put the rack into the empty tent afterwards as it’s usually easy to keep temps and rh in check
