I have and use two 80w tubular heaters with the LED lights I have and they do an ok job of bringing up temps..one won't be enough for a 5c increase, you'd probs need a couple at least to raise it 2-4c.
I imagine they would also be great to switch on during lights out just to keep temps from dropping too low

Fan heater on a wireless thermostat works a treat
