    Hi Jakub, some say it's completely false, whilst others say it does work, so much mixed information on it.


    This is the closest thing I've seen to a 'test, but even then, it's not 100% accurate ;

    Can't say iv noticed any difference either but used different strains each time. Really can't see it doing much over a few days difference would be so small anyway I would imagine.
