    Well at a minimum I would probably trim off some of those leaves up above, it's never good to have a bunch of vegetation up above when you don't have any roots down below.

    If those top leaves are all new and now that I look at them I see how they could be, then you've done a great job. You may as well be growing an actemel bottle.

    You do need to get those things planted right away though.

    ok ill plant them today...do you think i shud plant them with only the very top new leaves showing because there is another little branch lower down with new leaf growth as well...thanks

    You can plant as deep as just below the cotyldon leaves, your first set of round leaves.

    Once you do replant you want to be careful with your watering and water only out around the edges of the pot until you know those roots have left those peat pellets.
