If I have to chop early, can I make some sort of hash so it's not a total loss?

If you have to chop early then making concentrates is probably your best bet for getting something that'll actually work for you. That said, hang in there as long as you can. I know the sense of urgency growing outdoors is the weather cools and you start wondering about mold etc

Do you think they can survive another 21/28 days looking so yellow?

Sure they can survive, can you give them a little bit of nutrients? If you can't feed them you can leave them out there until all those yellow leaves just drop off. They will be feeding the flowers for you.

I gave them miracle grow and molasses 4 or 5 days ago, going back tomorrow shall I give them more? Doesn't seem like the miracle grow is doing anything now they, keep getting more yellow!
