3 weeks , stretch problems i think

Heya guyz! I start worring about my plant because she got kinda tall for 3 weeks i belive( indoor)
Btw she got some 1 week ago some little worms, i removed them, now looks like she doesn’t get any more.
I want to do a fimming on her, but I’m worried that she got too much stress so, what you will advice me?

Either your lighting is inefficient or your plant is too far away

I’m using a 30w =240 w big bulb 3000k 2850 lumen, and I really don’t know the strain because i just got the seed from my dealer weed basically a hermafrodite, and yea even the dealer was not know what strain is )

The light is about 15 cm from the plant.

Not sure about your area but that used to be the case with my area for years. Now it's all chemdawg crosses

I use a 250w HPS - it generates around 35,000 lumen

I'd just stick it on the windowsill and hope for the best
