Hps is cheaper than LED but tends to cost more to run

HPS gives out much more heat than LED. I use the HPS to keep a stable temp in my groom. With LED I really need a heater

LED may grow more but my HPS happily grows me more than I can smoke...
I'm gonna split my groom in 2 in January, finally do a fair comparison with hps v LED. Same strain, soil etc. See the difference for myself

I wouldn't pay that much for one. I could buy 4 400W Cob's for that price, and have change coming back. lol

Gods beware of bad reputation / new sellers. i can hook u up with some good chinese resellers if u want... To replace 1200w hps youll need about 700-800w watts of led.

Those new bar fixtures are very efficient i think gavita is like that also.. thats alot of bang fir your buck check ur dm in 30 mins

I bought some Mars LEDs, I don't know about 5-6 years ago they were really junk.

My current grow is powered by Mars hydro ts600. Seems to be doing the job , they must have upped their game maybe.

I had the Mars II and those lasted about one grow before diodes started burning out and then I had a power supply failure didn't even get a year out of them.
