    Flat white paint will reflect 95% of light.
    Cheap way to do your walls.

    Yeah I'm looking at recticel its even cheaper then cellotex at £17 per board measuring 2.4x1.2 for 50mm

    I wouldn't bother with the B&W sheeting. It never seems to hang right.

    3mm white faced mdf is just as reflective. The best paint ime is 'Absolute White' from the Dulux 'Light & Space' range.

    I got 6 sheets of jablite off of ebay, 50mm 4ft x 8foot for £67.90 delivered next day. For what you want it for, it’d be spot on to be honest.
