That's an excellent reason not to use clones from somebody else. You might bring in an infection that you never get rid of, or even worse, somebody may have dipped the clones in a systemic treatment that is bad for people and still present in the flowers when they're fully grown.

Spider mites are like armoured ants, the eggs drop of and the next thing you know your battling mites instead of growing.
I’ve battled them with organic stuff and predators they cause so many problems.
Tbh I would throw them and get some seeds. if your not going to that will kill them, just make sure you get the eggs and repeat rem the leaves you use the stuff on won’t be that good to smoke.

I would probably spray that SMC on every few days to a week through early veg just to make sure. I use an OMRI certified mix of sulfonated neem oil and pyrethrin all through veg outside.

I have yet to encounter this issue myself but I have heard among the no till community that beneficial mites do their job very well at controlling spider mites.

I dipped them in smc noticed 1 or 2 still around so sprayed with permethrin found another tonight though
I would have thought the p would have killed them though
I have though about ben/mites but it's only 3 cuttings but need to make sure they are clean before I move them in to there room as I have 3 crembrulay autos in there now lol

Beneficials are for people to battle spider mites throughout their entire grow, that's not exactly what I want to do. We have a poultry wash available at the animal feed stores around here that works well for spider mites and is mostly natural if not organic. I've heard old timers in the UK using something like I think they called it harkers poultry wash, who knows?
