Default Unanswered: Over or under watering?

Hello my friends, I have a quick question, this plant is weird and I can't understand why. As you can see the leaves are drooping and they're dry, it's look like she need water right? But the soil is humid.
This has happened twice already. But I give her water cuz I was afraid she would die, infact after a couple of hours she recovered very well and looks happy with no sign of stress, How is that possible? :')
The soil is biobizz light mix, the temperature is 25, the rh is 50,all is perfect..
For now i wait, but i'm really confused

Might have been sleep time for her, I prefer to water by weight rather than feel of the soil. Doubt you'd get root rot with a plant that mature.

Hiya doing a similar grow with Biobizz but in rhizo pots. What’s size pots is it in? And how much do you water them? Your plants look okay to me but I’m a noob so can’t help you much.

From my experience, if your always keeping your eye out on your ladies, underwatering you will notice at the bottom of the plant before the top. This is a natural defense, basically the plant is sacrificing portions of itself at a time. I've only been growing for 4 years and I'm sure this does not remain consistent across the board.
Considering your plant is drooping all over, my thought would be slightly overwatering. By the look of the leaves themselves it still seems you have been doing a fine job on watering.
I am wondering if this could be stress induced? have you recently transplanted or changed anything in the plants immediate environment?

The pots are 14 l. I try to give the plants a big drink and I wait.. Sometimes it takes even more than a week before the pots are light. They're autoflowering, they've never been transplanted.

Edit: only now i seen some pictures of stressed plants because of the light, I never thought about it because I had read that during flowering the optimal distance was 12 18 inches so... I Increase the distance ... Some plants have leaves that go upwards. They got stressed by the light,no doubt. Good eye gardro. We found a problem at least
