    Default Biltong for munchies?

Any of you boys tried making homemade biltong?
I would highly recommend it. Tastes can be suited ie, chili, normal etc. ..

Biltong is meat that has been air dried with spices so that it is so dry that , with a beer, tastes like God himself invented it. Its not for everyone lol.
This is only my second time curing it. It is f@cking delicious.

Do you have a secret family recipe ? Mine is coriander seeds, cracked sea salt, cracked black pepper, a bit of brown sugar, cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Tastes good

My biltong isn't as good as it should be, I dont have a pestle and mortar to grind the spices properly.
Anyways, a 6 ounce steak properly air dried will turn into this delicious treat. It might look a bit stiff, but I can guarantee, once you have tried it, you will never go back .
