    Default Dry sugar leaves?

    hey guys

I'm planning to make concentrates from the sugar leaves, do I have to dry and cure them as I would do with buds?

    Thanks

Best way to make concentrates from trim is bubble hash. Freeze your freash material then wash it. Fresh trim is best to use, its basically live rosin or hash then.

I washed 4.5oz of trim and got 29grams of hash back and pressed the hash to rosin

Edit: my trim was semi dry as i done a dry try

Yes, you need to dry and cure first. But you don't need to burp them in jars. Just in A paper bag, for A couple, of weeks will give them A good cure.

Sorry for butting in but you dont need to dry and cure, some of the best concentrates are made from freash frozen material.

If you are making BHO or RSO yes you will need to cure and dry

I believe you are stating an opinion , I haven't seen any thing in writing on this subject. I stand corrected, I just google it, and you seem to be right.

Might be bits of writeing somewhere on the wed but info on making fire extratcs is hard come by. All i know is live rosin is made from live frozen plants washed and pressed.

If i was to make any concentrate it would be bubble hash because of its many uses

I just have A problem with green stuff, because I never could get the taste out of it. I guess I might have done something wrong, when I tried it. lol

One more bit of info i garthered making extracts recently is, if your starting material is more then 3.5/4 weeks old you will get a darker harsher returen rather than a lovely gold colour with amazing smell

Was this from making buddle hash?

When i made mine i done a 30 minute mix per wash with 3 washes. The first wash the water was so purple it looked black.
I didnt seem to have any green taste off mine. The terps were 100times more advanced than the flowers, your mouth would water if you smelled it lol

Live extracts are simply whole plant extracts as apposed to distillate which removes all plant products but the cannabinoids.

Put another way live extracts have all of the lipids waxes and various cannabinoids and terpenes still present.

Dry or wet before processing it really doesn't matter. You just need to have all the lipids waxes terpenes and cannabinoids present.

Since most live extracts are done with ethanol it's best to dry and freeze it before processing.
