Default Sickly plants, don't know what's wrong

Hey Guys, first time grower here

My plants were in great condition up to about 2 weeks ago, now the leaves are curling with copper spots, some are yellowing around the sides and the tips are burned as if its nute burned. they are around 1.5 months old grown outdoors in soil and im using chemical fertilizer with values attached. I've been using a canola oil/garlic mix that i picked up at my local garden shop and its gotten rid of leaf miner & thirp problem I had. I have flushed them twice now but the problem still persists. i dont know what to do, they honestly look like they are about to fall over

edit: strains are Sour Diesel & Pineapple express

Have you done any analysis of your background water? When I see leaves that are kind of crinkly like that I tend to think about a serious pH problem.

I haven't checked but i have been using tap water 80% of the time, the rest is from when it rains. My city reported the water to be between 5-9.7ph with a mean of 7.9 so that might be the problem? I don't know where i can find ph 6 water other than bottled water, but im living in South Africa where its superrr expensive, do you know of any alternat6ives? :P

I've just been using a standard soil mix w/ a bit of organic fertiziler with 5% vermiculate since its very dry in my area. My entire garden is using this mix and all other non-weed plants are doing great

It gets real hard to grow with highly alkaline and high pH water, if you're closer to 9.7 you're screwed.
