Default Deficiency and or humidity issues

Im having a problem with my plant and cant tell if i am having an issue with humidity or i have a deficiency of some sort. I am growing in a bubble bucket under a 600 watt light and led side lighting. 4 weeks in to flowering. I have been suffering with low humidity up till about a week ago after adding a humidifier. I have attached some photos for reference.
Using Lucas formula with dutchmaster grow zone and cal/mag.

    Humidity# 35-40%
    Lights off temp# 20-22 degrees
    Humidity# 45-50%
    Res temp# 17-21 degrees
    850- 1000ppm

After a couple of days I'll reach 800-850 ppm so I'll top up with nutes then ph down to bring it back down below 6.

So would I just add more bloom when im topping up on my feeding day. I currently feed every three or four days with 5ml bloom. Would you suggest going with 10ml bloom?
